Pleasantly refreshed by the passing trade winds, villa IAK offers a lovely sea view and private access to the beach on the eastern side and lush tropical gardens on the western side.

VGM
Villa VGM is truly a unique and magical place! This luxurious property is nestled in an extraordinary, impeccably landscaped tropical garden, the most exquisite in all of St Barth.
Situated high upon St Jean’s hillside, villa VGM is part of a very private residential neighborhood. The striking view overlooks the turquoise waters of the bay and the islands of St Martin and Anguilla. The position of the property also allows for admiring spectacular sunsets.
