Sibarth Property Management, also referred to as SPM, was specially designed for owners seeking highly personalized property management. Services provided can be fully defined by the owner himself. Such services often fall outside of the Sibarth’s internal Maintenance Department’s Standard Service Plan.

Generally selected for high-value properties, SPM is also the preferred solution for owners who do not wish to rent their property, but who, nevertheless, wish to benefit from management services.

Philippe Maurel, who gained first-rate experience as the head of Sibarth’s Maintenance Department for twelve years, is currently the director and chief supervisor of SPM. Philippe is very much aware of the growing demand for such specialized service and the necessary dedication required in order to maintain excellence in our client’s precious real estate investments.
