Maintenance
The Sibarth Maintenance Department is made up of teams of professionals, fully equipped with the necessary materials and vehicles. The maintenance staff is entirely dedicated to this sole activity within Sibarth. The coordination of tasks is made from the maintenance office at the agency, and teams are dispatched all over the island by radio or telephone.
These teams execute maintenance tasks according to remarks from the reception at Sibarth, based on client feedback, housekeeping or from any member of the villa staff (maid, gardener or pool man). Maintenance employees are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week via our Emergency Hotline, which is occupied at all times by a bilingual supervisor. This service is unique on the island, a trademark of Sibarth.
Regular maintenance of your property insures that operating equipment is kept in good working order, which reduces the risk of rental loss due to technical problems. Maintenance staff informs owners, in advance, of necessary work for the general maintenance of the villa and provides corresponding estimates.
The same process is used for improvement projects planned by owners themselves. Sibarth makes every effort to coordinate the work with the reservations department so as not to interfere the schedule of rentals.
