As a logical extension of the Rental Department, Sibarth offers an internal Villa Management Service, which aims to effectively meet all of the needs and requirements of villa owners. Sibarth guarantees a responsible presence on the island year-round for the supervision and maintenance of your property.
There are several different contracts available, according to the degree of service required.

For non-residents, we find that the Standard Service Plan is best adapted, as it offers maintenance, housekeeping and accounting services to insure smooth operation of your rental on a daily basis.

The Standard Service Plan includes:
Accounting and Administrative Management, including bookkeeping in Euros and US Dollars. Owners are provided with a monthly report of income and expenses for the property.
Representation with regard to the French Administration, Local Authorities and diverse service providers.
Long-term maintenance and upkeep of the property, supervision of villa employees, regular maintenance and repair proposals, including pre-negotiated estimations.
24-hour Emergency Repair Service, unique in St Barth.
Housekeeping to insure that the villa is clean and well kept at all times and impeccably cleaned and orderly for arrivals. This also includes the purchase, delivery and inventory of cleaning supplies, as well as supervision of villa employees.
Supervision, security and regular inspection of the villa and its equipment.
Securing the property for hurricane season (installation of shutters and protections, etc.).
Arrival and departure pick-up services, as well as access to Sibarth’s reservation services.
Advice with regard to interior design and villa provisioning, including the purchase of necessary articles in the owner’s absence.

The Accounting Plan: this is for people who need only accounting service, mostly for bills payment.

The Limited Service Plan: more restricted, it also exists for owners who wish to maintain their villa themselves. It includes mostly accounting and emergency repair service.

The Emergency Service Plan: this one is more for resident owners who remain responsible for any operation in their villa.
