Our management company, Sibarth Villa Rentals, handles the rental management of some 200 holiday properties on St Barts, accommodating approximately 10,000 guests per year.

Since 1984, a long-term partnership has been developed with Wimco, a US-based company largely dedicated to the international marketing effort and to the extensive reservation process required to successfully book our exclusive rental listings.

Our on-island services, for the benefit of both the owners and the tenants, are unmatched on St Barts. They include, among others, an efficient concierge service securing restaurant reservations, massages, provision deliveries, plane charters, car rentals, home help with chefs, babysitters, etc.

The experienced Sibarth Villa Rentals staff coordinates maintenance and housekeeping tasks with villa employees and outside contractors, under the terms clearly defined in our general management conditions for owners. Emergencies are handled at all times thanks to a unique 24-hour service, manned at night by a bilingual supervisor.
