This French Caribbean-style villa is set high on Flamands hillside and takes full advantage of the extraordinary views over beautiful Flamands beach and bay, Flamands village, the offshore islands and St Martin and Anguilla in the background.

The villa is built in three closely connected parts. The spacious living area is in the main bungalow, with a breakfast bar to the large kitchen, and has wide sliding glass doors on two sides giving the same wonderful views from inside the villa. The living room opens onto spacious covered terraces, furnished for outside living and dining, and to the pool which is set right on the edge of the cliff overlooking the wonderful view.

The two bedrooms are to the side of the main bungalow, each with sliding doors onto a private terrace.
