The house is very well ventilated and it benefits from great sunshine as soon as the sun rises. The view on the ocean is simply amazing.

It is composed of a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living-room with home cinema system which opens onto a deck with an ajoupa and a pool.
The “Indian-style” master bedroom comes with its own bathroom and outdoor shower. A patio leads to a “Chinese-style” independent bedroom with a sitting-room and an outdoor shower.
A mezzanine with bathroom serves as a living-room but it could be used as a third bedroom.
