Outstanding location! This beautiful, grand villa is on the Lorient hillside and has marvelous and unrestricted views over the Caribbean Sea, offshore islands and St Martin in the background.

The property is accessible by a private road and enjoys a total privacy with quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The courtyard gives way to the main room of the house which is the living area and has spectacular view of the ocean. All the floors are covered by terracotta tiles made in Valencia, Spain and precision cut in Saint Barts. Two life size statues, copied from those found in the Louvre dominate the living room. The suite, which was made in Florence, is covered in a royal-blue suede-like material called Alcantara which is resistant to water and so perfect for Caribbean home. To the left is the kitchen, which is styled in Blue Labrador marble surfaces.

A door leads off to the sitting room in the guest suite which incorporates a bathroom and a private terrace. Like all the other rooms, the guest room has a panoramic view of the sea. To the right of the living room are a dressing room and a library and the main bedroom suite. A bathroom equipped with fittings from Porcher, A path with Spanish terracotta tiles and deep blue tiles from the South of France leads out to a private terrace and Jacuzzi. The infinity pool is decorated with a Fresco of tiles made by Capron, Picasso’s ceramist and depicting the story of the Rest of Jonas. All the rooms open onto a terrace which run the length of the house overlooking the pool, the garden and out to sea.

All the spacious rooms are comfortable and equipped with large closets, air conditioning and fan. The terrace provides for both sunbathing and shade relaxing with sun beds and hammocks. A separate bungalow consists of a kitchen communicating with the living room with covered and uncovered table for dining.
