Nestled in the heart of Lorient, this exceptional property emanates a very special charm and enjoys unparalleled intimacy. As soon as you have crossed the threshold of the property, you feel enveloped by serenity. Sheltering a 17th century French manor house, which was then a hotel, this home has now been completely renovated by Cristina Rodriguez who understood how to infuse it with a unique combination of contemporary design and typically Caribbean architecture. Extending over 3,000 m², the house consists of several bungalows dotted amongst a wonderful tropical garden, criss-crossed by wooden walkways.
A true oasis of relaxation has been built around the impressive infinity pool and large trees, such as the rubberwood, provide shaded areas near the kitchen and the outside dining area. The large landscaped ajoupa offers a beautiful viewpoint across the pool, where the water changes color at nightfall.
The living area, located in the Manor, includes two lounges, a dining room, a mezzanine and a Gaggenau kitchen. Grand dimensions, areas opening entirely onto the outside, grey tones and a contrast between modern furniture and artworks from throughout the world, make the Manor a dreamy haven.
The "Maison de Marie", bordered by two ponds, is the first pavilion, housing two bedrooms with private bathrooms and games room, as well as a service room and a laundry. Bungalows "Shyla" and "La Forêt" bring together four minimalist designed spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Here you will find the Master bedroom, which also has a dressing area inside the mezzanine and direct access to a pleasant stone patio with its own jacuzzi. Each living space has a private outside area.
There are also two offices and a guest bathroom located in small bungalows at the entrance of the property. Le Manoir de Lorient is located close to the beach and many amenities and yet offers an outstanding private location.
