From May 21 to 24, the Sibarth Real Estate team gathered in Guadeloupe for a few days for a team retreat at La Toubana hotel, in a setting that was both inspiring and rejuvenating.
After an intense season in St Barts, this break gave us the opportunity to step back, reconnect outside of the daily routine, and prepare together for the months ahead with clarity and focus.

The program included two days of collaborative working sessions focused on the past season, our clients’ expectations, market developments, and the priorities to build for the future.
Everyone had the opportunity to share their experience, observations, and field perspective in an open and constructive atmosphere. These discussions helped bring forward concrete ideas to continue improving the way we work.
