Carnival in St. Barts is a must-see celebration that delights visitors with its lively spirit and rich cultural heritage. The festivities begin with the school parade on February 6, where local schoolchildren proudly showcase their creativity through colorful costumes, and culminate with the main Mardi Gras parade.

Jazz concerts and chamber recitals in the churches of Gustavia and Lorient with internationally acclaimed artists. The music festival’s 42nd season presents a program of classical opera, jazz performances, recitals, an event for the children, as well as a dance evening performed by eight dancers from the Paris Opera Ballet. During the month of December, the Christmas Village takes place on the forecourt of the Wall House Museum and the Collectivité. From 5:00 p.m., visitors are invited to explore the exhibitors’ stalls and their creations. The program features a wide range of activities, including the traditional “Chanté Nwel.” Children can also enjoy the Christmas parade and meet Santa Claus during photo sessions.

The St Barth Cata Cup returns for its 17th edition, celebrating sportsmanship, festivities, and camaraderie. Over four days, the island’s turquoise waters will host intense races featuring teams of two sailors aboard F18-class catamarans. The competition brings together international and local professional sailors, as well as passionate amateurs, all driven by a love for sailing and the challenge of the open sea.

Celebrate the friendship between Saint Barth and Sweden at Piteå Day! This festive event shines a light on the historical ties between these two regions through iconic races and cultural activities. It’s a perfect opportunity to discover and experience the island’s Swedish heritage. Among the highlights, don’t miss the famous "Gustavialoppet" race and the "Foulée des Ti Mouns," specially designed for children.

Each year, St Barts celebrates its cultural heritage during the Heritage Days. The association Sb Artists is doing everything possible to make you enjoy an entertaining and spiritual break through the shows proposed to the public of the island. Shows start at 8pm at the "Théâtre du Paradis" in Gustavia. The program and the tickets are now available on the Festival's website.

The St Barts Film Festival returns for its 28th edition,showcasing the richness of Caribbean cinema as well as creations from abroad,with open-air screenings and encounters with filmmakers. A cultural highlightthat has become an essential part of the island’s cultural scene.

This regatta promotes traditional sailing with old wooden ships that supported trade between islands and encourages their construction in the Caribbean. A market is installed on the port of Gustavia presenting different stands highlighting the Caribbean culture.

The Transat Paprec is a must-attend event for sailing enthusiasts. This mixed double-handed transatlantic race takes place every two years, linking Concarneau in Brittany to Saint Barthélemy. Over the 3,890 nautical miles, crews must demonstrate strategy, endurance, and perfect coordination to reach the Caribbean aboard their Figaro Bénéteau 3 monohulls.

Saint B'Art Book and Jazz Festival is an annual event that blends art, literature, and jazz music. Encounters are organized with various talented artists and authors who come to showcase their work and offer captivating performances during various workshops and concerts. It's an immersive cultural experience where words and notes harmoniously converge, providing visitors with an enriching and memorable experience.
