Gourmet enthusiasts and lovers of exceptional experiences will be delighted to learn that the St Barth Gourmet Festival is making its grand return for its twelfth edition, from November 4 to 9, 2025. This now iconic event on the island of Saint-Barthélemy brings together Michelin-starred chefs and talents, presenting exclusive menus and innovative culinary creations. Whether you're a seasoned gourmet or simply curious to discover new flavors, this is the perfect opportunity to indulge in a culinary journey in a tropical setting.

WORLD-CLASS CHEFS IN PARADISE

This year, the festival will showcase five renowned chefs, each partnering with a local venue to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Here’s a glimpse of the guest chefs and the establishments where they will welcome you during this week:

Béatriz GONZALEZ, chef of the restaurants Neva and Coretta, in residence at Bagatelle.

Manuelle FERRAZ, chef of the restaurant A Baianeira - São Paulo, in residence at Nikki Beach St. Barth.

Alexandre KOA, executive chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Pressoir d’Argent, in residence at the Rosewood Le Guanahani hotel.

Franck PUTELAT, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and chef of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant La Table de Franck Putelat, in residence at L’Esprit.

Eugénie BÉZIAT, Michelin-starred chef of the restaurant L’Espadon at the Ritz Paris, in residence at Le Barthélemy Hotel.

The menus, specially crafted for the event by each of the guest chefs, will be offered at these restaurants and unveiled prior to the start of the event. We highly recommend booking in advance to fully enjoy this unique culinary experience.

A CULINARY PROGRAM FILLED WITH EMOTIONS

But the festival is more than just gourmet dinners. Throughout the week, contests and workshops will enliven the event, creating gathering moments for participants. Here are some highlights from the program:

  • Bartender Competition at Eden Rock Hotel – Sunday,November 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (by registration). The island's top bartenders will compete to create the most innovative cocktails and earn the title of champion.

  • Exclusive masterclasses exploring fine wines, champagnes, spirits and caviar, held from Wednesday, November 5 to Friday, November 7 (registration required).

  • Les Petites Toques de St Barth: A Children's Cooking Workshop at Barthélemy Hotel & Spa – Saturday, November 8 at 9:30a.m (by registration). A fun and educational workshop for young aspiring chefs, allowing children and parents to explore the culinary arts through the theme of coconut.

  • A culinary show, a major new feature of this year’s edition, will take place on Rockefeller Quay in Gustavia, offering an open-air experience where chefs and local fishermen collaborate in a spirit of sharing.
