Built on the highest crest of Pointe Milou, this unique villa is like a mini resort and spa. The creation of New York architects Barnes & Coy, this villa is a true jewel of modern architecture and the fruit of incredible craftmanship. In blending the raw aspect of the stone and the refined woods, the result is perfectly mastered excellence and luxury.

The main room with its 270 degree view, accomplishes the incredible feat of being able to showcase both the sunrise and sunset every day. The entrance leads directly to the heart of the house, between the kitchen and the living room, where the height of the ceiling is truly stunning. At your feet, or so it seems, are the bays of Lorient and St Jean and the Atlantic Ocean and St Martin.

This villa is one of the most luxurious that we have ever seen. There are seven bathrooms and five ensuite bedrooms all similar in size. Three of them have stone walls, private terraces and outdoor showers and the other two radiate with brilliant white tones.

The focal point of the property is the wonderful infinity pool. Almost 70 feet long, it is lined with black lava stone, which together with solar panels, maintains the water at a perfect temperature.  Adjacent to the pool is an ipe and stone terrace with exceptional panoramic views shaded by a stainless steel and canvas awning along with a stone and wood circular shaped outdoor pool shower and bathroom.

There is a private office area on the mezzanine level as well as a well-equipped fitness room on the lower level.  The lower level also boasts a dedicated massage room for enjoying massages in the comfort of your own home.  Villa DOL is truly 'one of a kind'.
