In Colombier, nestled in an exclusive and enchanting setting, Villa Belle Bague is a charming retreat that majestically presides over a 0.57-acre lot, offering breathtaking 270-degree sea views spanning from the island of Anguilla to St Kitts. Designed by François Pécard, the villa’s architecture elegantly blends traditional West Indian charm with modern sophistication.
With its red roofs, high vaulted ceilings, and covered terraces, it captures the authentic spirit of the Caribbean. Graceful columns and French doors add an air of refinement and elegance. Accessibility is seamless, thanks to the ample parking available for both staff and guests. Created to impress and welcome, the villa opens onto a vast, luminous living room adorned with colonial furniture and antiques, all enhanced by vibrant, sunlit hues. Nearby, a well-appointed kitchen serves an indoor dining room, a second al fresco dining area, and a shaded lounge, all perfect for sharing unforgettable moments.
From the main terrace, a few steps lead to a sumptuous, heated pool, complete with a marble waterfall surrounded by sun loungers and plush sofas. This section also features a fully equipped gym and a grand primary suite, positioned to face the panoramic landscape.
Three additional spacious and independent suites, nestled in bungalows around a lush garden centered by a fountain, offer absolute privacy. Each suite is equipped with canopy beds, elegant desks, en-suite bathrooms with ample storage, and private terraces, exuding exotic refinement for a truly memorable stay.

A neighborhood with privileged panoramas: from the heights, you can see the ocean, numerous islets, and even Saint Martin on a clear day. From the two paths that lead to the bay, you will discover breathtaking views. By the wild path, after crossing a cave, from the edge of the cliff, you suddenly discover the beach. By the high path, we dominate the island and look out over the the bay, before descending towards it and diving into the water. Turtles and goats pass by as we venture down, and we do not pass far from the infinite.
